The MUAs tackle stage make-up for a live performance at Cirque du Soleil, and at Glow Up Studios, they channel the weird and the wonderful in an ambitious body paint brief.
Episode 3
The MUAs try their hand at special effects, creating alien characters for iconic sci-fi series Doctor Who based around the Doctor’s recent nemeses Swarm and Azure.
Episode 4
The MUAs are booked to create summer party looks for a global retailer's online campaign. In Glow Up Studios, they must impress with imaginative make-up transformations.
Episode 5
The MUAs create editorial looks for DJ Jayda G, Hector Espinal and Rolling Stone UK magazine. In Glow Up Studios, they must impress with creative make-up transformations.
Episode 6
The five remaining MUAs take on digital make-up filters for social media platform Instagram and produce Avatar-inspired transformations at Glow Up Studios.
Episode 7
The MUAs take on London Fashion Week, assisting make-up artist Pablo Rodriguez for Brit designer Mark Fast. In Glow Up Studios, they must create looks based on an act of rebellion.
Episode 8
It’s the final. The MUAs present a masterclass to a global panel of industry heavyweights, before a final Face Off decides who is crowned Britain’s Next Make-Up Star.
