At the country house, they continue to solve the water issues but notice more water on the basement floor during a mechanical walk-through. MJ transforms the two-car garage into a functional and appealing workshop and living space.

Synopsis

Trusses go up at the river house until MJ learns that the permits for the new build have not yet been approved. Mike goes to the council meeting hoping to hear good news, but it's a waiting game in the meantime. Back at the country house, Mike and MJ welcome their designer BFF Sarah Richardson, who offers some good advice. MJ starts getting pre-wedding jitters as his big day approaches.

Synopsis

Synopsis

Over at the River House, fencing and finishes touches are taking place as Mike and MJ prepare to say goodbye to the Thousand Islands -- for now.
