Dave jokes that the world is coming to an end; interviews with news anchor Edwin Newman and bandleader Frank Owen; Merrill Markoe, Rich Hall, Gerard Mulligan and Paul Raley tell jokes that didn't make it on the air during the summer; Wil Shriner shows bloopers from the show's run; Dave introduces crew members, including Kathleen Ankers, Bob Pook and Bill Wendell; Harve Mann sings ""The David Letterman Show"" theme; a deck of ""living"" playing cards dances through the studio as confetti and balloons are dropped.
