Synopsis
A young driver is close to tears when he’s responsible for getting his mum’s car impounded and nothing Senior Constable Denis Busic says makes it any easier. When Sergeant Andy Oakley pulls alongside a guy on his mobile phone, the offence couldn’t be more obvious. But despite what Andy has seen so clearly, this driver is determined to argue the point.
