Episode 1
The Black Ink Crew is back! O'S**t's visit to court brings his baby mamas together for a family gathering that ends in broken tables and broken promises. Ceaser and Puma's 15 year friendship comes to a shocking end when Puma oversteps his boundaries under Ceaser's reign. When Dutchess and Cease get matching "King" and "Queen" tattoos, it becomes obvious to the rest of the crew that this self-proclaimed "power couple" is here to stay.
Episode 2
Ceaser and Dutchess are missing in action and the lights are out (literally) at Black Ink! O'S**t has a "dope-ass" tattoo to do for a loyal client and is psyched to make some much-needed "lawyer money." When the electric company arrives and pulls the power because Cease hasn't paid the bill, the crew can't work and they are forced to close the shop. O'S**t gets some tough love from his bail bondsmen on the impending consequences of him not taking his legal troubles seriously.
Episode 3
In the wake of Sassy's dramatic departure, Ceaser is left to wonder if the joke, and Dutchess' attitude, have gone too far.
Episode 4
With the Black Ink staff numbers dwindling, Ceaser meets with a potential new (female) employee, who is quickly shot down by the reigning queen of the shop, Dutchess.
Episode 5
When Dutchess tells Ceaser the news about Puma's new tattoo shop, he is shocked and hurt by his friend's betrayal. Meanwhile, Puma receives a civic award and announces his big news at a local Harlem event.
Episode 6
AIDS activist Maria Davis visits Dutchess at the shop for an HIV/AIDS Awareness tattoo and the entire crew is moved by her inner strength and personal story.
Episode 7
Ted and Ceaser decide to take a little trip across town to surprise Puma at his new shop and later Ceaser confronts Walt about his drinking.
Episode 8
O'S**t reaches new "baby mama" heights when he reveals that he has yet another child on the way while Dutchess is thrilled when rapper Kid Ink stops by the shop.
Episode 9
In the wake of Dutchess and Ceaser's fight, Ceaser is left confused about their future together and escapes to Puma's bachelor party in Atlantic City.
Episode 10
Puma decides to invite Ceaser to his wedding in Jamaica, but under one condition...he has to leave Dutchess at home. Meanwhile O'S**t welcomes Lulu and Coley to Harlem for a visit.
Episode 11
O’S**t’s baby mamas meet for the first time since their turbulent meal. Meanwhile, Dutchess reacts negatively to not being invited to Puma’s nuptials, as Ceaser is torn between his friends and his lady.
Episode 12
O'S**t is still missing. The crew is worried for their friend and the shop is losing customers. Meanwhile, the Jamaica crew goes cliff diving and Puma (who neglects to tell anyone that he can't swim) nearly drowns...just days before his wedding.
Episode 13
Ceaser appears on the beach alone with the news that he sent Dutchess packing while Quani breaks down crying after a major fight with Puma and her mom.
Episode 14
Post Jamaica, the crew is back in Harlem, making money and wilin' out. Ceaser has brought on the "Queen of the Mixxxys," Sky, to run the front desk, and all is back to normal in the Black Ink world, except for one thing...no Dutchess.
Episode 15
Anya accompanies O'S**t to Bronx Criminal Court, where he learns some unsettling information about his case. When Ceaser's family drops by the shop for an unexpected visit, a very emotional Cease flips out on his sister, Tiffany.
Episode 16
Ceaser meets up with his brother, Ty, at 6 AM outside of Black Ink, and reveals that he is in some big trouble. He got caught red-handed cheating on Dutchess and he needs Ty's help getting his things from her apartment.
Episode 17
After being ripped a new one by Sky for his infidelity, Ceaser faces Dutchess for the first time since she kicked him out of the apartment. Dutch proves that bad habits are hard to break when she returns to the shop and offends the crew with her......
Episode 18
What better way to celebrate Sky, the "Queen of the Mixxxy's" birthday, than a full-blown, old school, mixxxy party at Black Ink? While the rest of the crew is in full party-planning mode, Dutchess confronts her fears under the knife.
